Strength

About the class

Beginning Adult Ballet is suitable for all experience levels.  Dancers will gain strength, flexibility and balance and learn the fundamentals of ballet technique. The scheduled will alternate between ballet classes with Barre and Centre work and an exercise classes with a variety of workout methods including Yoga, Pilates and Pure Barre. This 45 minute,12 week class begins Wednesday, September 15th 8:30-9:15pm.
